7 Data Retention

7775g retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting obligations. Our retention practices are as follows:

• Active account data: Personal data associated with an open and active account is retained for the full duration of your relationship with 7775g. This data is kept up to date as you use the platform and may be corrected by you at any time through a data rights request;
• Closed account data: Following the closure of an account — whether by your request, by 7775g following a breach of terms, or due to inactivity — we retain your core identity and transaction records for a period of five years from the date of closure. This retention period is driven by our anti-money-laundering and financial record-keeping obligations;
• KYC documents: Copies of identity documents submitted for account verification are retained for a period of five years following account closure, in line with standard compliance requirements for online financial services operating in the Bangladesh market;
• Support communications: Emails and chat transcripts relating to account support or dispute resolution are retained for three years from the date of the communication, after which they are securely deleted;
• Marketing consent records: Records of your consent to (or withdrawal of consent from) marketing communications are retained for the life of your account plus five years, to enable us to demonstrate compliance with our consent obligations;
• Analytics data: Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to any individual player is retained indefinitely and used to improve the platform;
• Dormant account data: Where an account has been inactive for 12 months, it is classified as dormant. Dormant account data is retained under the same conditions as active account data until the account is formally closed.

Once the applicable retention period expires, personal data is either securely deleted using industry-standard deletion methods or anonymised in a manner that makes re-identification impossible. We review our data holdings annually to identify and delete data that has reached the end of its retention period.

8 Policy Updates and Contact

7775g reviews this Privacy Policy at least once per calendar year and updates it whenever our data processing practices change in a material way. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. When we make significant changes — for example, adding a new category of data collection or a new sharing arrangement — we will notify active players by email to their registered address at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the 7775g platform following notification of a material policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
