1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7775g ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 7775g.app. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the 7775g platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the 7775g platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, virtual sports, and all promotional or bonus programmes. Where a specific product or promotion has additional terms, those terms apply alongside — and in the event of a direct conflict, in priority over — these general Terms.

Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

7775g provides its services on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including national network outages or payment provider downtime affecting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay services.

2 Age Restriction and Eligibility

The 7775g platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a serious criminal offence in many jurisdictions — and a violation of these Terms in all cases — for any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the 7775g platform.

By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with 7775g or any affiliate programme operated by 7775g;
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a current employee or director of 7775g;

7775g takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid passport, or a valid driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 7775g platform. Registering more than one account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts associated with the individual, along with forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your national identity documents, a valid mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh, and a valid email address that you actively control. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Specifically:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 7775g account that you do not use on any other platform;
• Do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances;
• Enable SMS-based device verification when prompted — this adds an important layer of protection against unauthorised access;
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device;
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.

7775g will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 7775g that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt. Report such communications to our support team and do not respond to them.

7775g reserves the right to require additional identity verification ("KYC") at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, after a significant change in playing patterns, or where we have a legal or compliance obligation to do so. KYC documents may include a national ID, passport, proof of address, or proof of ownership of a payment method.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

7775g supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time. The current list of available methods is always displayed in your account cashier.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 7775g account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 5 minutes to reflect. 7775g does not charge any internal fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with bKash, Nagad, or your card issuer for their current fee schedules.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 7775g payments team. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically settled within 30 minutes of approval. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank's processing times. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method where technically possible — this is required to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations;
• Any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied;
• 7775g reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000;
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — the receiving account must be registered in the same name as your 7775g account.

7775g maintains a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Depositing funds without the genuine intent to use them for gaming, and then withdrawing those funds, constitutes suspicious activity and may be reported to relevant authorities. All large transactions and unusual activity patterns are monitored in accordance with our compliance obligations.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

7775g offers a variety of bonuses and promotional programmes, including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses for existing players, and seasonal promotions tied to events on the Bangladesh sporting calendar — such as BPL tournament campaigns, Eid specials, and Pohela Boishakh offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms page. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30x means that you must place total bets equal to 30 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live casino contribute a lower percentage (stated per promotion), and sports betting contributions vary by market;
• Bets placed on games with an RTP of 97% or above may be excluded from wagering contribution — check individual promotion terms;
• Bonus funds are played before real-money funds. You cannot choose to play with real-money funds while bonus funds remain in your account;
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met are removed from your account;
• A maximum bet limit applies when playing with active bonus funds — typically ৳500 per spin or round. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Claiming bonuses: Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

If you do not wish to receive a bonus with a deposit, you may opt out by contacting support before making the deposit. 7775g will credit your deposit as clean real-money funds with no wagering requirement attached, subject to confirmation from our team.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 7775g platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the game interface or the sports betting section. These general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

Casino games: All casino games offered on the 7775g platform are sourced from licensed and independently audited game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. All outcomes are determined by independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 7775g does not influence game outcomes in any way.

• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager;

• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the relevant governing body's rules, bets will be settled in accordance with 7775g's market-specific voiding rules — which are available in the sports betting help section;
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport. These are displayed at the point of bet placement and represent the maximum amount payable on any single bet or accumulator, regardless of the stated odds;
• 7775g reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (e.g., due to a technical fault or data feed error). In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.

Live dealer games: Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios are subject to the rules displayed by the dealer and within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved in accordance with the provider's disconnection policy, the details of which are available from our support team.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7775g platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any account balance. In serious cases, we reserve the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the 7775g platform, whether in your own name or through use of another person's identity or payment method;
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, coordinated betting strategies designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage"), or providing false information to claim a bonus;
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a way that simulates human play;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer card games, through sharing of hand or card information;
• Match-fixing involvement: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any direct or indirect involvement in the outcome, or bets placed using insider information not publicly available at the time of the bet;
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials (including stolen bKash or Nagad accounts) to make deposits, or using the platform to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity;
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider in respect of a deposit that was genuinely made by you on the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or incorrect odds published due to a technical fault to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are not valid and will be removed from your account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

7775g reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy);
• Legal or compliance requirements that necessitate the closure of accounts in a particular jurisdiction or belonging to a particular class of player.

Voluntary closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting account closure. Before your account is closed, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request, please indicate this clearly in your closure request. Self-exclusion is a serious and irrevocable decision for the period you specify. 7775g will process self-exclusion requests without delay, without attempting to dissuade you, and with complete confidentiality. Minimum self-exclusion periods and reinstatement procedures are governed by our Responsible Gaming policy.

Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 7775g will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying any dormant account fee. If contact cannot be established and the account remains inactive, an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month may be deducted from the account balance, subject to applicable regulations. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.
